Development Manager 

FIDC takes the leading role in developing a highly successful, diverse and sustainable economy for the Falkland Islands.

We have a vacancy for a Development Manager who, as part of the Senior Management Team, will lead and coordinate key enterprise assistance for local businesses and start-ups - through sound advice, management support and access to finance. The post holder will lead on delivery of the Corporation’s Rural Development Strategy and its action plan.

FIDC is seeking a suitably qualified and experienced individual for this important and hands-on role. Candidates should possess a business degree or professional qualifications in accounting/financial management, or have significant commercial management experience and be proficient in leading a small professional team.

Experience of working in both the public and private sectors would be an advantage.

This is a full-time position with a salary from £42,000 per annum.
