Professional FeesThe aim of this grant scheme is to assist with professional fees that may be incurred when starting up a business or a new project within a business. For example- accountancy or legal fees.

The grant will ensure that applicants can make informed decisions regarding their business ventures without having to first incur substantial costs.

 

Eligibility:

All business entities are eligible including sole traders, partnerships and incorporated companies.

Eligible costs could include seeking financial advice (accountancy fees), business planning or legal advice, such as that regarding incorporation or contracts and risk assessment.

Application forms must be completed before any costs are incurred, as retrospective applications are not eligible.

Providers of services must be recognised professionals in their field of expertise.

 

Grant Assistance:

Grant funding of up to a maximum of 50% of the professional advice costs is available, to a maximum of £500.

 

Administration:

Please submit your completed application form, together with supporting quote(s), to FIDC.

Applicants must be in the possession of invoices in full and submit copies (including any receipts) before any funds will be released.
