The Thermally Efficient Homes Grant Scheme is available to assist owners of occupied residential properties (including Landlords and Static Caravans) improve the thermal efficiency of their property.
The assistance available under this scheme is,
- A grant of 50% for covering the cost of any material that will improve the thermal efficiency of the property, to a maximum of £500.
Applicants can reapply to this grant scheme every 12 month.
